About Victoria Stultz
Victoria Stultz was born and raised in a suburb north of Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Gordon College in Wenham, MA majoring in foreign languages and business before transferring to Northern Kentucky University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in business.
After several years in corporate sales, she obtained her Ohio real estate license and worked for Sibcy Cline Realtors, a prominent brokerage in Cincinnati. She then purchased a franchise in Cincinnati from a national real estate investment corporation. During ownership of her business, she became the President of the Cincinnati Advertising Council and the Corporate Mid-west Franchise Representative. After selling her business in Cincinnati, she was hired by the CEO of the corporate office in Dallas, TX, as a business coach for franchise owners throughout the country.
Victoria relocated to Florida with her husband and daughter and continued her real estate career after earning her Florida real estate license. With her vast business experience and negotiating skills along with a thorough knowledge of the real estate process from beginning to end, Victoria treats her clients with a sharp attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
Active in the community, Victoria is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, YPG and the School Advisory Council and PTO at Garden Elementary. In her leisure time, she enjoys golfing, tennis, cooking and traveling with her husband and daughter. She is also an avid New England sports fan.
